We're back: weekly meditations on Wednesdays and more!
Meditation is good for all of us: research shows it helps us feel calmer, get into flow more easily, and feel happier with our lives.
At Student Meditation, we meet every week in a cosy setting to meditate together, then share tea and conversation with like-minded people. Our student guides explain and lead everything, so no experience is needed.
All you need is a bit of curiosity about how the mind works and how to live more deeply.
Beyond weekly meditations, we also organize workshops and community events to deepen your practice and connect with others.
⏰ Please arrive a little before 17:00. We close the door at 17:03 to protect the peace while we meditate.

- How to find us: Enter building L (facing CREA), walk straight down the corridor, then take the staircase — G2.01 is the first door on your left.
- Note: You don’t need to be a student to join.
